MASS was founded to improve access to quality education and resources in under-served communities in Chitral, and other parts of Pakistan. We provide support and resources to talented and deserving students through scholarships in the region. Beyond education, MASS is also active in various sectors including healthcare initiatives, disaster relief, and women empowerment projects.

MASS is operated and managed by Safirah Bibi, who, as the founder, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization. Safirah Bibi, of Pakistani descent, serves as a catalyst in elevating Pakistan's human spirit through her involvement in coalition building and developing organizational relationships on both national and international levels. Drawing from personal experience and professional expertise, Safirah leads the organization in fulfilling its mission.

We are optimistic that our values will drive the organization to accomplish its mission of promoting humanitarian efforts and ensuring access to quality education in the region.

Thanks to our generous donors and dedicated team, MASS is supporting approximately 250 talented and deserving students in Chitral and other parts of Pakistan. In 2022, as part of our disaster relief project, MASS distributed 1,270 blankets to flood-affected people in Chitral. Additionally, as part of our women’s empowerment initiative, we aim to provide vocational training to women in the region. Furthermore, MASS is providing financial assistance and additional support to many patients suffering from cancer, kidney failure, and other life-threatening diseases.
